NEURA Robotics is a robotics company headquartered in Metzingen, Germany, founded in 2019. It builds cognitive robots that can see, hear, feel and learn.
Rather than relying on outside suppliers, NEURA builds its robots, AI and software entirely in house. That includes 4NE1, Europe’s first production ready humanoid robot, powered by the company’s own AI system, AURA.
NEURA now has more than 1,400 employees across 45+ countries. It’s backed by a Series C round of up to $1.4bn, the largest ever for a full stack robotics company. The funding will support its path toward producing robots at real scale by 2030.
