Today it is Denmark’s largest organic bakery chain, with 35 locations and more than 400 employees, concentrated in Greater Copenhagen and Aarhus.
The business has delivered consistent improvement in operating results since 2019, and 2024 marked the fourth consecutive year of million-kroner profits — the best operating result in the chain’s history
