LETT was founded in Oslo in October 2014 by Knut Andreas Berg and Sebastian Wahl, with a mission to make it easier for people to choose fresh, nutritious, and genuinely green food. All salads, wraps, and raw food are made from scratch using local and seasonal ingredients, with the climate footprint of each dish displayed on the menu.
Over the past decade LETT has grown into a pioneer of the Scandinavian healthy fast food scene, with locations across Oslo, Bærum, and Oslo Airport. The concept sits at a compelling intersection: the speed and accessibility of fast food, but built entirely around whole, plant-forward ingredients — making it a credible contender as consumer demand for healthier, more sustainable lunch options continues to grow.
