Weco Properties consists of:

Weco Properties Kløvervænget
Is a co-ownership with PLC Holding developing a project in Vallensbæk consisting of 67 high-quality town houses for rent/sale to private owners. Phase I: 21 town houses was finalized in February 2016 and the total project is expected to be completed in May 2017.

TG Partners
Weco Properties is also a stakeholder in TG Partners A/S with investments of more than 750 M DKK distributed across ten well-situated properties in Copenhagen, Frederiksberg and Hellerup.

Besides Weco Properties Kløvervænget ApS and TG Partners, Weco Properties owns a number of residential properties including Søholm; Weco’s Head Office in Rungsted.
